Challenge & Solution: To maintain the overall project schedule, our team adjusted the typical construction sequence, completing earthwork on the fields first, then installing utilities within the fields before finishing earthwork on the parking areas. This allowed other subcontractors to begin their work on the fields while we continued site development elsewhere.
