iHawl is a complete sitework subcontractor handling full civil and utility packages with precision and pride. We’re hiring a Utility Foreman to lead crews installing water, sewer, and storm systems safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Supervise trenching, pipe installation, and backfill operations.
- Set grade, read plans, and ensure trench safety compliance.
- Coordinate Operators, Pipelayers, and Laborers for production flow.
- Maintain clean sites, accurate grades, and safe work zones.
Requirements
- 5+ years utility construction experience; 2+ years in leadership.
- Skilled in reading plans, setting laser/GPS grades, and crew coordination.
- OSHA 30 preferred; bilingual a plus.
- Strong communication and people-first leadership.
