iHawl is one of the fastest-growing sitework subcontractors in the region — known for fast mobilization, clean execution, and a culture built on respect, accountability, and results. We’re hiring a Project Manager to oversee dirt and utility projects from bid award to closeout.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple sitework and utility projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate schedules, budgets, crews, and subcontractors.
- Review contracts, scopes, and change orders to protect margins.
- Lead progress meetings, safety checks, and quality control inspections.
- Work closely with Estimating and Field Leadership to plan production and resolve issues.
- Maintain relationships with clients, GCs, and vendors for long-term growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing sitework or civil construction projects.
- Strong understanding of grading, utilities, and production sequencing.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Procore, Excel, Bluebeam, etc.).
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- OSHA 30 preferred; valid driver’s license required.
