We’re hiring Field Crew Laborers who are ready to get hands-on experience in the dirt and utility world and learn directly from experienced crews in the field.
This role is ideal for someone who is hardworking, reliable, and eager to learn. No prior construction experience is required — just a strong work ethic and willingness to show up and grow. This can be a summer opportunity or the start of a long-term career in construction.
Responsibilities
• Assist field crews with general labor on sitework and utility projects
• Support grading, excavation, and underground utility installation
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Follow direction from foremen and experienced crew members
• Learn basic construction practices, tools, and equipment
• Participate in daily safety practices and jobsite expectations
• Show up ready to work and contribute to the team
Requirements
• No experience required — willingness to learn is key
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Interest in construction, equipment, or hands-on work preferred
