Responsibilities
- Supervise operators and laborers for mass excavation, grading, and pad prep.
- Read plans and GPS to confirm grade specs and cut/fill balance.
- Manage production, trucks, and site safety daily.
- Conduct pre-task meetings and ensure clean, efficient execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years dirt work experience; 2+ years in a lead or foreman role.
- Strong GPS and grading knowledge (Trimble/AGTEK preferred).
- OSHA 30 preferred; CDL a plus.
- Team-oriented, safety-driven, and reliable.
